A.Unfortunately, individual coaching and support from Juntae DeLane is only available to the VIP members through the Private Facebook group and his live virtual training calls. If you are already a VIP member, you can access everything here:

Q.One of the training videos is not working (stops playing, won’t load, etc).
A.First and foremost, we apologize for the inconvenience. Our videos are hosted using Vimeo, a top of the line video hosting software platform. Every once and awhile, a “glitch” will occur.
We first suggest refreshing the page to see if the video will now play.
If the problem persists, please contact our support team at email@example.com. When contacting them, please include the page URL and the specific video that is not working. They will prioritize the problem and reply to you promptly.
Q.What if I cannot download any of the resources?
A.If you are having trouble downloading any of the content, right-click on the download link and select “Save As” button.
If that is not working, or you’re getting the WRONG resource link, we simply made a mistake. Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the details, and we will address this immediately.
Q.How do I change or updates my billing & credit card information?
A.Updating your billing information is as simple as emailing email@example.com and letting us know your specific request!
Q.How do I cancel my DBU enrollment?
A.Your Digital Branding University includes a one-year access. You may cancel your enrollment at any time, however refunds must be requested within 30 days of your original purchase date. If you become interested in cancelling your enrollment or wish to receive a refund, please contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org, they will be happy to further assist you.
